My Tantra Path
I found Tantra 5 years ago, I was already a dedicated yoga teacher & massage therapist, transformative life coach, on a spiritual path, curious, holistically healing - then one day I realised something was missing, I was shutting down sexually, I was starting to disconnect from intimate relationships, I didn’t know how to express myself- so I gave myself a choice, to become a Nun or study Tantra!- well the rest is history, here I am choosing to walk as a Tantrika, joyful, confident, feeling the joy & ecstasy in all of this human experience, I released buckets of stress, shame & trauma, I started to experience pleasure in all areas of life!
